At Southern Grace Boutique, our biggest goal is to well serve our amazing customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. We carefully inspect and pack each item as it’s shipped out. However, if you think you've received a defective item, the incorrect item, or are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order so we can get that mishap sorted out for you! 

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds. We do not issue a store credit until we have received your return and processed it.
  • All returns must be received in our hand within 10 days of the date you received your order. For example, if you received your order on June 10th, we need to receive it no later than June 20th. Anything received after the 10th day will be denied, and your return will be sent back to you at your expense. We will hold the item(s) for 30 days. After 30 days, we will donate the item(s) to charity. 
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn, with tags intact.
  • Returned item must be free of pet hair, makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, and any other scents/odors. If your item contains any of these, it will be returned back to you, at your expense. 
  • Include your return slip with your return (the link is below)
  • We offer free shipping. However, if you need to return your order, shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your return.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process your return once it is received.
  • Please don’t ask us to invoice you for an item, and apply your gift card code to an invoice when your return hasn’t been processed. 
  • Due to our quick processing/shipping, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled and refunded, as we do not issue refunds.
  • Although we do provide free shipping to you, we do not provide free return shipping on any purchase. The return shipping will be at your cost. 


  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to that new order that has been placed. Credit MUST be used for future purchases.


  • Leggings, Jeggings - this includes fleece, non-fleece, sequin, faux leather 
  • Hats, Beanies
  • Scarves
  • Jewelry
  • Footwear - Boots, booties, sandals, wedges, etc.
  • Undergarments (Camisoles, Bralettes, Bandeaus, thong related items)
  • Clearance items, 20% or more discounted items, Final sale items
  •  Gift Cards

  • If you have your eye on that must-have maxi and it’s a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. Pssst… it’s totally worth it!
  • Gift card codes will expire 365 days from the date issued. Once expired, a new code will not be issued. 

Please understand that a PREORDER item is not in stock yet. Please note, if you place an order that contains a preorder, your order will not ship until all items are in stock ready to ship in its entirety. A PREORDER item cannot be canceled. 

OVERSEAS orders: Everything mentioned above applies, except the return timeframe - the return policy is active for 20 days from the date you receive your order.
