SGB RETURN POLICY:
We get it, things don't always work out, and we're here to help get it right! Please carefully review our Return Policy and Instructions below:

All returned items must be returned back to us and received within 10 days of you receiving your order for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
 Anything received after the 10th day will be denied, and your return will be sent back to you at your expense. We will hold the item(s) for 30 days. After 30 days, we will donate the item(s) to charity. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, perfume/deodorant/pet hair free. If they are returned in said condition, you will NOT be given a store credit - it will be returned back to you, at your expense. Damaged items will not be accepted. We fully inspect all items before shipping them, so please return your item in the same way you received it. 

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

•Clearance Items

•Items discounted at 20% or more

•Gift cards

•Hats/beanies, scarves, leggings (fleece, non-fleece, sequin, and faux leather), jeggings, jewelry, hair accessories, undergarments (such as bandeau bras, bralettes, seamless camisoles, slips, etc), shoes/boots. Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items. 

PREORDERS:
Please understand that an expected arrival date is ONLY an estimated date, NOT a guaranteed date. Please note, if you place an order that contains a preorder, your order will not ship until all items are in stock ready to ship in its entirety.  

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY (Fort Mitchell/Phenix city, AL and Fort Benning/Columbus, GA (and surrounding areas):
If you need to return an item you picked up, it must be returned within 10 days, no exceptions. Once an item comes in, you have 10 days to pick it up. On the 11th day, the return policy no longer applies to your order.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Please check your item immediately to make sure you have not received DEFECTIVE merchandise. If you feel you have received something defective, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt, no exceptions! If you receive the incorrect size, or merchandise, please contact us immediately. Defective merchandise MUST be returned within 10 days of receiving the return label. 

REFUNDS:
Refunds will not be given, only a store credit. We don’t offer exchanges. Therefore, we recommend placing an order for the item you want, as they sometimes sell out rather quickly and may be sold out before your return is processed. Within 5 business days of receiving your return, it will be fully inspected. After we have accepted your return, we will email you with your electronic gift card, minus the shipping fee we paid to ship the item (typically between $3-$6), then you can get your shopping on again! Gift cards/Store credits are good for 12 months.

SHIPPING POLICY:
All U.S orders (including Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO) ship FREE via USPS. Shipping times can take anywhere from 4 to 10 days. This shipping option is NOT insured. This is our slowest shipping option, but free! Please note, if your item is returned back to us, for whatever reason notated by USPS, you will need to pay for us to reship your item, as we don't pay to reship it for free a second time.

PRIORITY MAIL: 
You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for only $7. These packages should arrive in 2-3 business days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed. 

EXPRESS MAIL:
You may upgrade to Express Mail with package insurance for $25. Orders placed by 4:00pm EST (M-F) will be shipped the same day and should arrive in 1-2 days from USPS, (guaranteed delivery is 2 days).

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

PROCESSING TIME:
Free standard shipping orders are quickly processed and shipped within 2 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). If you choose to have your order shipped via USPS Priority mail, you order will ship within 1 business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for updated tracking information to show. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or any major holidays. 

CANADA SHIPMENTS:
We now offer shipping to Canada via USPS Priority Mail. All orders under $150.00 ship for a flat fee of $30.00, orders over $150.00 ship for a flat fee of $40.00. Please note, orders crossing the Canadian border can take between 2-3 weeks to arrive at the final destination, depending on customs. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US. 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Southern-Grace-Boutique.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, holidays, etc. This applies to both Canada and the U.S. Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured unless you choose the priority shipping option at checkout. If uninsured, we will not be held responsible should USPS lose your package. After packages are marked delivered, there is no claim that can be made with the carrier. 

OVERSEAS orders:
 Everything mentioned above applies, except the return timeframe - the return policy is active for 20 days from the date you receive your order.

Our return policy is a NO EXCEPTIONS return policy. Please don't ask us to make an exception.
